「 理由公式 」
有哪些常用的理由
offer sb. food for thoughts / emotional nourishment
提供精神食粮 / 提供情感滋养
provide sb. with a sense of well-being / achievement / belonging / honor / satisfaction / frustration / humiliation
带来幸福感/成就感/归属感/荣誉感/满足感/挫败感/羞辱感
make friends / enlarge social circle / improve interpersonal skill / collaborate with each other better
交朋友/扩大朋友圈/提高社交能力/与他人更好合作
accumulate social experience / gain first-hand resources or experience or knowledge
积累社会经验 / 增加亲身经历、资源或者知识
improve one's communication / problem-solving skills
提高某人的沟通/解决问题的能力
useful for my study / have a positive or negative impact on one’s academic performance
对我的学习有帮助 /对某人的成绩产生积极或消极的影响
boost / enhance one's efficiency at work or study

理由如何高效运用
理由并不是模板，而是为大家提供一种答题思路，让同学们在积累语料的同时，培养自己的语言逻辑和答题思路。
雅思的答题模式为：直接回答观点 ➢ 描述细节，但在思考题目时我们则可以用逆向思维反推，首先根据话题挑选出合适的理由，再根据理由锁定恰当的观点，最后再填上细节，具体步骤如下：
Step1: 选理由
Step2: 配观点
Step3: 填细节
接下来让我们来练习一下，以9-12月题库中的『不用工作或者学习的一天』为例：
Describe a time you enjoyed a free day off work or school, you should say:
Where you were;
What you did;
Who you were with;
And how you felt about it。
选理由
选择理由时要对应题目中的问题：你觉得这一天感觉怎么样？确认主题后，我们再可供选择的理由中选出与题目匹配度更高的几项：
a. offer sb emotional nourishment
b. provide sb with a sense of achievement
c. make friends
d. gain one's skill...
配观点
大家可以根据经历选择合适的理由来匹配观点和事件，去图书馆读书可以提供精神食粮和增长技能，参加聚会可以认识新朋友，本文以社区服务为例。
填细节
e.g. Personally, I am quite fond of the experience of being a volunteer in our community service.
Firstly, it provided me with a sense of achievement(opinion). The feeling that I was able to help somebody or my action had a positive impact on somebody’s life satisfied myself(details).
Meanwhile, through talking with those people or solving problems for them, I could improve my communication as well as problem-solving skills (opinion)which I believe would be useful for my work(details).
